Application Procedure

Incoming Grade 7 students for SY 2016 – 2017:
  • Secure an application form from the Registrar’s Office. This form is free of charge and can be photocopied.
  • Fill-out the form completely and attach:
  • A clear photocopy of the applicant’s Grade 5 and latest Grade 6 report cards
  • Two (2) pieces of 2x2 colored I.D. pictures
  • Pay the testing fee at the Cashier’s Office (Php 250.00).
  • Submit the form with the above requirements and receipt to the Registrar’s Office. Thereafter a test permit indicating the schedule of entrance test will be issued to the applicant.
  • Applicants should report on their scheduled examination date at least 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled examination time. They should bring the test permit, pencil and eraser.
  • Applicants should follow-up on the application a week after taking the exam. A list of qualifiers and other possible candidates will be posted on the bulletin boards.
  • Qualified freshmen applicants will be advised to report for pre-enrolment.
  • Applicants with pending or wait-listed applications or possible candidates for enrolment will report for an interview with the Vice-Principal. Only after satisfactorily passing the interview that the applicants will be advised to pre-enroll.
Application Procedure for Incoming Grade 8 & 9 (Transferees)
  • Transfer applicants for Grade 8 must present to the Registrar a clear photocopy of Grade 6 and latest Grade 7 Report Cards, while those applying for Grade 9 need to submit a clear photocopy of Grade 7 and latest Grade 8 Report Cards.
  • Transfer applicants will undergo preliminary interview with the Vice-Principal. After passing the interview, the applicants can proceed with their application.
  • Secure an application form from the Registrar’s Office.
  • Fill out the form completely and attach:
  1. clear photocopy of required Report Cards
  2. original Good Moral Character Certificate
  3. two (2) pieces of 2x2 colored I.D. pictures (with name tag)
  • Pay the testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
  • Submit the form with the above requirements and receipt to the Registrar’s Office and wait for the test permit.
  • Report for testing on the date specified in the test permit issued.
  • Result of test will be released two weeks after the date of examination. Qualified transfer-applicants will then be informed of the date of pre-enrolment.
